At Aurec, we are passionate about supporting our local communities as we consider the economic, social and environmental aspects of corporate activities. We run several “Giving Back” programs to raise funds for various Not for Profit organisations including charity events and volunteering for Staff Charity Days. RSPCA supporter
RSPCA supporter – Aurec have recently partaken in RSPCA NSW Cupcake Day Fundraiser to raise money to fight animal cruelty! Together, we surpassed our goal, and managed to raise $1400! This is a massive effort, so again big thank you to everyone who donated!
This is an amazing achievement and is vital in helping to provide shelter, care and treatment to mistreated, neglected and abused animals, these raised funds will help to support the RSPCA Australia and ensure innocent animals get the love and care they desperately need until they find their furever homes.
Cancer Council
Cancer Council – Aurec have recently held Aurec’s biggest morning tea last to raise money for Cancer Council NSW! Together, we surpassed our goal, and managed to raise $600!
We joined over 18,000 other business’ and individuals who also hosted a morning tea, and our funds have gone towards the $3,735,256 already raised for cancer council this year!
This is an amazing achievement and has been vital in achieving the vision of a cancer free future, while ensuring people impacted by cancer today can get the support they need.
WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service)
WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information, Rescue and Education Service) – Aurec Group hosted a Bushfire Bike-a-thon to raise money for WIRES and raised $2,140 to help combat the biggest bushfire event that burned 5 million hectares of forests and an estimated 1 billion native animals have lost their lives. WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information Rescue and Education Service) mission is to actively rehabilitate and preserve Australian wildlife and inspire others to do the same. WIRES assists tens of thousands of animals every year.
