Aurec have been supplying Federal Government with candidates for over ten years, across five government executives.

Our experience in placing high quality and hard to find candidates has landed Aurec on the panels for major government departments for whom we continue to work with. We are currently listed on, but not limited to, the panels for the Department of Human Services, Australian Crime Commission, Department of Agriculture, Australian National Audit Office, The Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Austrade, and the Department of Defence (CIOG) (CASSS).

Due to this experience, Aurec has specialised in the supply of Security Cleared candidates; ranging from Baseline Vetting to Top Secret Positive Vetting. To extend our capability Aurec are also an active member of the Defence Industry Security Program (DISP). This enables us to confirm candidate’s security clearance level with AGSVA directly.

We are well versed in working within APS procurement policies to provide our Government clients with a smooth transition of candidates into contract. We also screen out candidates to ensure they are familiar with and adhere to APS Guidelines.

The dedicated Government teams located in each office service each department through a nominated Account Director. The Account Director will act as the point of contact for the client and will provide the Department with a single point of contact to provide streamlined communication. Understanding that not all Departments are the same, our Account Directors will tailor your engagement to meet your specific requirements. We believe in creating ease of service for our clients and are highly experienced in moving with Government to provide the APS with the candidates required to meet their goals.
